Ceremony

Some phases of transformation require more than cognition.
The body is part of the architecture.

The Chapel of the LIMEN Helix is developing guided ceremony protocols that combine the full sensory architecture of the LIMEN phases with structured sacramental practice grounded in polyvagal and DMN research.

These are not recreational events. They are clinically informed integration experiences — designed using the same peer-reviewed neuroscience, systems theory, and spiritual framework that powers the LIMEN Helix model.

What Ceremony Includes

◦ Full sensory environment design (scent, light, sound, texture)

◦ Pre-ceremony preparation protocol (Phases 0–3 completion required)

◦ Guided breathwork and somatic calibration

◦ Guided sacramental experience under trained facilitation

◦ Integration session with certified practitioner

◦ Post-ceremony journaling and phase mapping

Requires: completion of preparatory phases · facilitator assessment
